Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and Modifications
Should you need to cancel your booking, please inform Wild Coast Hebrides at your earliest convenience, as there might be a waiting list. If you cancel your booking 15 or more days in advance of the event date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, a refund will only be issued if we are able to fill your space. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
We retain the right to modify walks, guides, or itineraries based on prevailing weather, driving conditions, or safety considerations. Given the potential hazards of traversing remote and rugged terrain on foot, participants must acknowledge a certain level of risk. You should be fit and able-bodied to walk across uneven ground, sand and rocks, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. You should inform your guide of any health issues that may impact you for the duration of your walk. For your safety, you are required to comply with the decisions made by your guide, who possesses comprehensive liability insurance and First Aid qualifications.
Wild Coast Hebrides reserves the right to alter a tour post-confirmation or cancel a confirmed booking.
Wild Coast Hebrides is not responsible for any consequential loss or damage arising from tour cancellations, interruptions, delays, or alterations.
Force Majeure
Wild Coast Hebrides bears no obligation or liability for the cancellation, interruption, delay, or alteration of any tour due to war (declared or not), riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, pollutants' discharge, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, sickness, adverse weather conditions, technical or transportation issues, closure of stations, ports, and airports, or any other circumstances beyond our control constituting force majeure and/or Act of God.
Complaints
In the rare event of a complaint or any issues during your walk or tour, promptly contact us via email. We will make every effort to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Wild Coast Hebrides assumes no liability for death, illness, injury, or loss of or damage to baggage or personal property during your walk and/or tour. Any medical conditions or medications affecting your health must be communicated to Wild Coast Hebrides in advance in writing, accompanied by a doctor's certificate of fitness.
