With ID Guides provided, we’ll begin our shorewatch as a group, learning best practices for spotting marine life. Along the way, we’ll explore the differences between dolphins and whales, their adaptations, migration patterns, and their significance in Scottish waters. After our watch, we’ll enjoy some refreshments. By the end of the experience, you’ll have gained valuable skills for identifying marine animals in the wild.
Target Species
Dolphins species may include porpoise, common, risso's & bottlenose. Whale species may include minke, humpback & fin.
